A founder at the crossroads of regions and industries

Alain Khoueiry is a Lebanese–Kazakhstani entrepreneur and corporate leader. He is the Founder and Chairman of iHolding Group, an emerging multinational investment and development company headquartered in Kazakhstan, and of iAmerica, its international expansion arm focused on the United States and major global markets.

Guided by a vision rooted in innovation, cross-border cooperation and sustainable growth, he has positioned iHolding as a forward-looking organisation developing large-scale projects across key economic sectors. His leadership emphasises long-term value creation, responsible development and technological integration.

He oversees corporate strategy, governance and international partnerships, and takes an active part in business development, public platforms and initiatives that promote economic connectivity between Kazakhstan, the United States and the wider global market. Investment strategy and the U.S. partnership

Under Mr. Khoueiry's leadership, iHolding develops major investment and destination-development initiatives: large-scale projects designed to attract foreign investment, stimulate innovation and position Kazakhstan as a centre for next-generation urban, cultural and lifestyle development.

In July 2026 this strategy reached international capital markets. iHolding Group LLP signed binding term sheets, governed by New York law and filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, for two proposed investments.
